If you need additional support there are some no dues or fees places in almost every country in the world that you can contact: Gamblers Anonymous and SAMHSA. Here is a bit information for both.
Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship where individuals share their experiences to help each other overcome gambling problems. Membership is open to anyone with a desire to stop gambling, and there are no dues or fees.
Another place where you can find support is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), which leads public health efforts to promote mental health and provide treatments and supports to foster recovery. Their mission is to ensure equitable access and better outcomes for individuals affected by mental health conditions.
